Look for the lockbox on letterbox 11 — it has a Top Gun sticker on it. You can't miss it. Your key and Samsung tag are inside.

🚪 Checking Out

Return the key and Samsung tag to the lockbox on checkout. Pull the apartment door firmly shut behind you. Safe travels!

Head to the letterbox bank at the front of the building. Find letterbox 11 — the lockbox hanging on it has a distinctive Top Gun sticker. You can't miss it.

Open the Lockbox

Enter your lockbox code to open it and retrieve your key and Samsung tag. The tag is what unlocks your apartment door digitally.

Use Samsung Tag to Open Apartment Door

Put your palm over the digital device so two numbers are showing, then use the Samsung tag (fob) on any number showing. The light flashes and the door clicks open.
